All Day Michigan Thumb Region Scholastic Art Awards Exhibit (Multi-Day Event)
Since 2007, the Lorenzo Cultural Center has partnered with the College for Creative Studies to host the Michigan Thumb Region of the Scholastic Art Awards, adjudicating nearly 2,000 pieces, and displaying over 500 award-winning pieces of art from students in grades 7 through 12, before those awarded top honors move on to the National Scholastic Art Competition in New York. 

Regular Hours: Mon – Sat 10am-4pm; Thurs. 10am-8pm.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Selective Admission Programs Seminar - South Campus
If you are interested in learning about applying to Macomb's Selective Admission programs, this seminar is for you.  Find out about pre-requisites, grade point average requirements, testing requirements, deadlines, etc.

This seminar will present the important facts about applying to the Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, Respiratory Therapy, and/or veterinary Technician programs.

Students interested in Radiologic Technology, Health Information Technology or Surgical Technology, should meet with an Academic Advisor to discuss details about the program.  Seating is limited, so please call early for your reservation. 
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Center Campus General Student Walking Tour

Take a campus tour and get familiar with us whether you’re a new or returning student, or, just interested.

Tours are highly recommended and involve a 45 minute walk of the areas students need to know while attending Macomb Community College like Records & Registration, Financial Aid, Counseling, the Learning Center, Career Services, just to name a few.

Advanced registration is not required, but please check in no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of the tour.  ​We do ask that you let us know in advance if you are driving over an hour to see us, or require special assistance for the tour.  Dress for the weather as you will be walking outside.・@ ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Looking forward to seeing you on campus​! We’ll even provide the hot chocolate!! *

The Man Who Knew Infinity is the true story of friendship that forever changed mathematics. In 1913, Srinivasa Ramanujan, a self-taught Indian mathematics genius, traveled to Trinity College, Cambridge, where over the course of five years he forged a bond with the brilliant and eccentric professor G.H. Hardy, while fighting against prejudice to reveal his groundbreaking discoveries to the world. This is Ramanujan’s story as seen through Hardy’s eyes.
