MFFTC and IFSTA curriculum.
PRE-REQUISITES:
Member of an organized Michigan Fire Department.
At least 18 years of age at start of program.
Must have completed 3 years in the fire service on or before start of first session.
Must have successfully completed Fire Fighter I & II or previous 240-hour program

All Day The Macomb Multicultural International Initiatives Exhibit: Celebrating 10 Years (Multi-Day Event)
Now in their 11th year, the Macomb Multicultural International Initiatives (MMII) was established to create a dialogue on campus of cultural and societal themes, with the hopes of participants gaining global awareness, valuing diversity, and showing empathy towards the marginalized. This exhibit includes banners displaying the growth of MMII over the past 10 years, from both the perspective of participant attendance and commitment from College personnel. The diversity spectrum covered by MMII programming will be exhibited to reflect on the broad understanding the College has of the student, community and international population. The purpose of the exhibit is to celebrate what we have achieved, and to consider areas of needed exploration.

Career Services welcomes American Center for Mobility (ACM) to Macomb to provide insights, interest and students with the ability to learn more about the innovation that is coming around with the use of automated vehicles.  American Center for Mobility is currently collaborating with companies such as Visteon Corporation and Toyota Research Institute being the first on site to begin testing operations. American Center for Mobility representatives will present on their company and what they do, how to be better prepared for growth opportunities, as well as networking with interested students.

7:30 PM - 10:00 PM Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy: Visions from Cape Breton and Beyond

Starring the fierce fiddling duo, Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy who command the stage with an explosive celebration of raw energy and passion that infuses their traditional heritage with their taste for the contemporary.  With the “Visons”  show Natalie and Donnell share their legendary musical traditions of their hometowns of Lakefield, Ontario and Cape Breton, Nova Scotia with an expanded show that highlights the unique talents, influences and stories of this amazing, growing clan through dancing, singing and, of course, world-class music making.
