Brrr- its cold outside, but our tours will warm your spirits.

Take a campus tour and get familiar with us whether you’re a new or returning student, or, just interested.

Tours are highly recommended and involve a 45 minute walk of the areas students need to know while attending Macomb Community College like Records & Registration, Financial Aid, Counseling, the Learning Center, Career Services, just to name a few.

Advanced registration is not required, but please check in no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of the tour.

Dress for the weather as you will be walking outside. 

Also, let us know in advance if you are driving over an hour to see us, or require special assistance for the tour.

Looking forward to seeing you on campus!  We’ll even provide the hot chocolate!!*

11:00 AM Stories and Songs of the Michigan Lumber Camp

Reenactor Michael Deren portrays a lumberjack and shanty boy from Northern Michigan. He plays concertina, fiddle, bones and button accordion and recreates life in the Michigan lumber camps, sharing songs and stories of work and daily life in the camps as well as the importance of the lumber industry in the 19th Century.

Great for elementary students!
