All Day Lot in Life: Exhibit (Multi-Day Event)

This exhibit is a student-created display focusing on life’s ups and downs that can happen to our families and selves throughout the lifespan. Each display will provide information, research and resources for topics such as euthanasia, domestic violence, elder abuse, drug abuse, sexual assault, infertility and more.

Sponsored by the Macomb Multicultural International Initiatives (MMII).

This will be an interactive display. In order to receive MMII credit, participants must complete and return a questionnaire, which will be located at the display site. Pre-registration is required for this event.

9:30 AM - 11:00 AM Deliverance: Film Viewing - Part 1



is a 1972 film directed by John Boorman, based upon the novel by James Dickey. The film and novel were nominated for numerous awards, and both were critically acclaimed. Themes covered, including the primitive versus the civilized, survival of "the fittest," malevolent spirits of nature, nature having its own revenge, brutality, grail legend, character analysis, plot, imagery, etc., will be discussed on basic terms as an introduction to the film and book analysis.
